JCRD Builders is a Philippine-owned company engaged in the field of construction. The company name is derived from the abbreviation of its owner's name, Joy Christopher Riveral Dulay. Established in 2022, the company was officially registered in March 2023 with a unique vision: "To be the market leader in its field." Committed to this vision and enhancing the company's brand equity, the management team brings extensive experience from various projects, including highways, bridges, underpasses, windmill power plants, hydro power plants, solar power plants, residential and commercial building constructions, electrical work, public facilities, city improvements, and beautification. For its employees, the company is a stimulating, equal and reliable company. Employees have the opportunities to develop their career and enhance their future. JCRD BUILDERS employs a hands-on philosophy both in the job and in the office. By staffing every project with project management professional, both our firm and our client can be assured there is of the utmost importance. Our project have the support of the office staffs which ranges from professional engineers, senior level estimators, scheduling professionals, mechanical, structural and electrical engineers and more. ACTION GUIDELINES
1.0 We shall prevent environmental pollution through compliance with environmental Laws, Regulations and Agreement through the effective application of our Environmental Management System (EMS).
2.0 During construction, we shall reduce CO2 emissions, give proper consideration to biological diversity and promote efficient use of resources, thereby reducing the burden on the environment. In cooperation with business partners we shall promote the construction by products (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), along with other environmental conservation activities.
